Loyola Scholarship Situation?

VC has Loyola having 15 guys on scholarship right now, which obviously can't actually be the case. Do they have two transfers leaving or are some of their players not actually on scholarship?

If it's anything like Lehigh, it's likely there are some WO's on the team, alternatively they might have some half-scholarships they are dividing amongst the other members.

Does anyone know who transferred out of Colgate? Verbal commits has them at two over the scholarship limit.
