Hadvto shake my headband chuckle. Like moving deck chairs on the Titanic. Puzzled a bit. Appears Admin more concerned with facilitiez than with student athletes in the new structural job descriptions.

I said the same thing on the pard board a while back. It actually looks like the administration is admitting that they hired the wrong guy when George Bright left for Moravian. The college had a guy they interviewed, liked, offered the job too but he turned it down because the college refused to pay him what he was worth. So instead they hired their second choice and named him the assistant AD for facilities. Now, it appears they promote Kaity McKittrick to oversee the new hire, but they don't backfill for compliance and student services. So are they just asking Kaity to do it all?
